Information we collect
Account information (name, email), the medical bills you upload, and technical data such as log and usage events. Uploaded bills may contain protected health information, which we treat as sensitive.
How we use your data
We use your data to analyze your bills, generate reports and dispute letters, provide support, and improve the service. Deterministic analysis runs without sending your bill to third-party models.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the product, and only under appropriate agreements.
Data retention & deletion
You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your bills and associated records.
