BillGuard is a software tool that highlights potential billing issues and helps you draft disputes. It is not a law firm, medical provider, or insurer, and nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for any actions you take based on our findings. Always review findings before disputing a charge.
No guarantee of outcome
Savings estimates are illustrative and not guaranteed. Whether a dispute succeeds depends on your provider, insurer, and circumstances.
Acceptable use
Do not upload data you are not authorized to share, and do not use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Accounts & termination
You are responsible for your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BillGuard is provided 'as is' and our liability is limited. See the full terms in your production agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
